Almost is never enough.

HI GUYS(: I'm feeling really high now cos I just got back from a really fun trip to river safari with Karyn, Hui Yuen, Kelly Ng, Kelly Gan and Charlotte for the CIP with the primary school kids that are really cute(: (Or rather some of them are cute haha) Anyway, I'm gonna skip what happened on Monday to Wednesday and Friday cos nothing much happened and it's actually quite boring so I shall only blog what happened on thursday and today :) Let's get started.

Thursday
It's teacher's day celebration and in the morning, me and Kelly Gan had to go to 3J to find Yuki so that we can write the cards for the teachers in charge for our CCA before me and Kelly Gan rushed down to the hall for flagraising. Then after flagraising, the teachers' day concert started and everyone started getting high. We started off with an award ceremony where the principal started giving out certificates to the EAS staff and the teachers, and I thought that it was really heartwarming when they gave out the certificates to appreciate these staffs and teachers' efforts :') And it was really funny when the ceremony started cos they started playing the theme song of Star Awards and they had this Oscar awards picture on the slides hahaha. Then when they were giving out the awards, my class was just shouting LLH every single time cos we were trying to be funny, at the same time telling him that he doesn't deserve any of the awards mentioned and that we really don't like him LOL. I pity him sometimes hahahaha (or not). Then the teacher's day concert started and to be honest, I was quite disappointed with this year's performance cos last year's was a blast and I had loads of fun. I really liked the skit put up by the new teachers though cos it was so funny omg. Mr Mark Lim was being hilarious with the random head spams and body shaking and running around, I was having a really good laugh hahahaha. That was like the highlight of the day :) I liked the videos they made too, especially the news reporting and 15 types of teachers video cos they were hilarious xD After the performance, we went back to class to have some class bonding and there were lots of food there though I didn't really eat much and half way through the bonding, me and Kelly Ng went down to the SSC to collect the broader's perspectives magazine. After that, we went back to class and we started to sit on the floor and play murderer and heart attack. It was quite boring though cos it can't be compared to last year's class bonding in 2I when Clarice, Jun De, Mavis and a few others (I can't remember who sorry!) became the emcees and we started playing games and blasting music and just standing in a circle singing along, and eating haha. I really miss 2Innae so much ): BUT, we got a surprise visit from Mr Chan afterwards and I was SO excited and about 1/3 of 2Innae ran up to 3L where Mr Chan was to say hi to him and I was like "Happy Ex-Teacher's Day Mr Chan" hahahah. It was a great catch up and Mr Chan says he'll invite us to his house again next time to watch the 3 Idiots yay :) Afterwards, I was really contemplating whether or not I should go back to my primary school but I decided not to in the end cos only the guys will be at the macs near my house and no one else will be there, so it'll be pretty awkward if I had gone. Not to mention that they won't even recognise me LOL. I met one of my primary school classmate on the MRT, when I was on the way home and he proved my point that they don't recognise me anymore LOL. Not that I mind though, cos I actually like the fact that they don't recognise me. It gives me my peace :)))) So instead of going back to my primary school, I went out for lunch with Kelly Ng, Charlotte and Hui Yuen at Parkway and we had a good time together though I left earlier afterwards when they wanted to go to CBTL. It was a really great catch up with Hui Yuen cos I haven't had a proper conversation with her in awhile so I had a really great time there :) I must say that it was a rather good day that day :)

Saturday (today)
Woke up at about 8.15am this morning to eat my breakfast and get ready to go to River Safari for CIP. I took a cab down to the River Safari where I met up with Karyn and Hui Yuen and the primary school kids. They came down from Mountbatten and since I stay near the zoo (about a 15-20min taxi ride), I went on my own. Anyway, at the river safari, we played some ice breaker games outside the river safari at some open space, with the primary school kids to get to know them better and I almost lost my voice shouting at them so they could hear what they're supposed to do. Most of the kids were really cute though and I was getting pedo-ish with Hui Yuen and Karyn hahaha. We had free lunch at KFC afterwards cos the people in charge of this CIP treated us to lunch, and we met up with the Kellies who rushed down to the River Safari after their HSK test at Serangoon, half way through lunch. Charlotte came after we finished our lunch and was just about to enter River Safari so we started to bring the kids around and I started having loads of fun with them cos we were acting more like the kids hahahaha. Oh and we took a lot of pictures together (that means that I'll be spamming pics below later hehe) and I was just having a great time with them though it'll get quite irritating sometimes when the kids do not want to follow our instructions. I was being really high and happy cos I FINALLY GOT TO SEE A PANDA AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE YAY :))) But, it was quite disappointing though cos the panda was sleeping and I had no idea where the other panda was ): But then again, we got to see the red panda which was like a whole lot cuter than the panda hahaha. Then after wards, we went to the souvenir shop just before we were about to leave the river safari and the souvenir shop had this really cool glow in the dark place where everything including yourself starts to glow! My shoe laces were glowing and my braces wire colour was like glowing as well and karyn's teeth was glowing hahahaha. We were released afterwards and I took a cab home. Even though I got a splitting headache after I got home and I was feeling really tired, I think it was a really well spent day with the kids and the girls cos I had loads of fun :)) Anyway, I shall stop blogging now and start spamming pics though there's gonna be loads of unglams hehe :)

Hi guys(: My com is finally fixed so I can finally update my blog again! Just checked when my last update is and I realised that it was about 2 weeks ago and I'm so sorry for the lack of updates. I've been really really really busy (I say that every single time I start my blog post but that's the truth) and I had 2 tests this week. Do you realise that every single time I blog I mention that I have tests? This is how interesting my life is lol. Anyway, this week has been a pretty terrible week with all the tests (bio and chem) both which I think I screwed up but I shall leave that for below, so let's get started anyway :)

Monday
I started off the day with E.Lit then chem afterwards where I had to listen to LLH drone on and on about his oh-so interesting mole concept. I was really depressed that day like "depressed" cos the VMAs was playing live at home while I was in school listening to LLH so during the whole chem lesson, the only thing running through my brain was "Someone please tell me what I'm doing here!! I WANNA GO HOME AND WATCH THE VMAS" LOL. But anyway, I can't really remember what happened that day except that I went to the canteen with Charlotte after school to get some food before BSP starts. We met up with Karyn afterwards outside the auditorium toilet which the school just newly renovated cos she had CCA when me and Charlotte were at the canteen, before going to the library together and start hobo-ing around at the bean bag area again haha. Afterwards, we went to BSP and the BSP teacher seemed really tired and so the whole lesson was just really boring (again) before we went home together.

Tuesday
I can't exactly remember what happened that day except that I had PE on that day and I was being tested for my skills on floorball. I think I did pretty okay except for the dribbling part though I still managed to dribble it to the other end so I think I passed the PE assessment. But then again, it's only PE so it wouldn't really matter if I failed anyway. Had CCA that day and me and Kelly Gan had lunch together before going up to 3H to meet the rest to make the teacher's day presents for our CCA teachers. We made pencil holders and I must say that the end products turned out to be really nice :) Afterwards, we headed to Peace Connect to tutor the kids there.

Wednesday
Again, I can't really remember what happened that day but I do remember that it's a 4.15 day and that's one of the rare wednesdays that I finally got to go home at 4.15 cos the previous wednesdays were all occupied by stupid LLH and we could only go home at around 5.30 and so I was in a pretty good mood that day since we didn't have to see LLH's face :))))))) LA Lecture was really amusing cos Ms Soh is such a sarcastic teacher and her sarcastic remarks really amuse me and I was laughing so much with Jing Ting and Fu Yi and there was this part where Ms Soh accidentally said the guys from 3D when she meant 3C and since there was only 1 guy from our class, Justin literally jumped from his seat HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Funniest moment EVER. After wards, I went home with Shi Kai and we met Charlotte at the traffic light before Mountbatten MRT and so we took the MRT together. I was at Mountbatten when I realised that I left my ez-link card and earpiece pouch under my table ): but thank God Charlotte was with us and she told me that Hui Yuen and Karyn were still in school so she helped me call them to get them to help me keep my pouch :) It was a terrible ride home from Bishan after me and Shi Kai parted ways though, cos I don't have my earpiece with me and it felt so weird not being able to blast music into my ears while on the way home :/

Thursday
It was a really terrible day cos I was feeling really stressed out by the 2 tests that we were going to have that day. We took Bio first and I worked really hard for that but I still feel like I screwed that up so I think it took quite a toll on my confidence level (not that I had any in the first place) and I started panicking for chem which was right after Bio and I was so close to hyperventilating. LLH coming over to ask me if I think I revised okay and giving me that "you better not fail again" look didn't exactly help my case. What an asshole. But I was really comforted that Kelly Ng asked me if I was okay after LLH left cos at least someone noticed my discomfort lol and I felt really stressed. And I'm pretty sure that I'm gonna fail chem cos I blanked out during chem after my panic session that broke out right before the test wtf. But well if this is what is going to take the school to realise that our class is a really failed experiment from being LLH's guinea pigs as his only year 3 class, and to get rid of him from being our teacher, then well, it's pretty worth it seeing as I can't do chem anyway. To conclude, LLH sucks and I would flip if he's my teacher again next year. But enough of the rants :)

Friday
The year 3s had to arrive in school earlier than the rest to do some survey which was really stupid cos they were just prompting us to give the politically correct answer and I was telling Fu Yi and Justin how we should all have just chosen "I do not consent doing this survey" from the very start LOL but I had a good laugh laughing at the survey questions with Fu Yi cos some of them were just pretty amusing haha. After the survey thing, we had flagraising in PAC and then DHRP symposium began and we had a talk by some external speaker and I was laughing at the way the speaker was speaking cos he ends his sentences like "blah blah blah BLAH blah." (read the word in caps at a higher tone). And me and Fuyi were like betting how long it will take for Justin to fall asleep and none of us won cos we both betted that he would fall asleep immediately after the talk starts but surprisingly, he only fell asleep towards the end of the entire session hahaha. After the talk and the level briefing, we went for our concurrent sessions before we were released for recess. My concurrent session ended 15mins earlier than the rest so me and Kelly Gan rushed to the canteen to buy our food. But before that, we went to the toilet at the auditorium. So I mentioned earlier that the auditorium toilet was just newly renovated and it's pretty high tech seeing as it has high speed hand dryers and automatic taps but I ABSOLUTELY DETEST THE AUTOMATIC FLUSH. Let me tell you why. So as I was about to leave the toilet cubicle, I wanted to take out the DHRP symposium booklet from my pocket cos it made me feel really uncomfortable and as I was taking that out, one of my $1 coin dropped on the floor and the other dropped into the toilet bowl like WTF. And just as I was about to check to see if that's my $1 coin, the automatic flush went WOOSH and my $1 coin got flushed away. In that moment, I didn't even know if I should laugh or cry omg. So now, I absolute detest automatic flushes LOL. (It's not like I would have picked that $1 up or maybe I would, but still.) After DHRP we had 1 period of Bio and ACE before we ended school. Me and Kelly Gan headed straight home without having lunch and that's like the first time I reached home so early this whole term and I just felt a lot less stressed up for once :)

Today (saturday)
Had tuition this morning and I got pretty pissed with my tutor cos I forgot my maths concepts from 2 terms ago and I haven't been revising my work and she actually asked me what's wrong with me in like a really accusing manner and I was so tempted to be like "You wanna know what's wrong with me? EVERYTHING cos I've had so much going on this term that I haven't exactly had the time to take a breather and the only time that I was able to do so was yesterday cos most of my tests finally finished so can you at least understand or do you need some further explanation to know WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME?" But I held it in cos I was being nice :)))) (yeah right). But that was towards the end of tuition so after she left I was alone at home and I started to blast music to calm myself down and I felt better afterwards and I took some time to do the 20 facts thingy that has been trending recently and that Michelle tagged me to do on instagram :) Go check it out on my instagram account, @killerdreams_ , guys :) (you get to know 20 facts about me and that's pretty interesting right? HAHAHAHA okay probably not LOL.)

Anyway, I shall end off my blog post now since I'll be going out soon. I think I'll blog pretty soon again since the only test I have left (YES I STILL HAVE ONE MORE) is LA Arugumentative essay next week and that doesn't require me to study for, and the sept hols is coming really soon! I still can't believe that Term 3 is coming to an end soon cos this year is passing by so fast that it just feels like yesterday when I entered 3D. Everything seems so surreal. Oh and I'm actually thinking if I should go back to my primary school this year during teacher's day though I don't think I'll go back since I don't actually enjoy going there? But we'll see. Till then xx :)
